According to major U.S. foreign media on the 5th (local time), a total of 904,228 people have died from COVID-19 in the United States from early 2020, when the first death occurred, until the 4th of this month.
According to the international statistics site Worldometer, the number of deaths from COVID-19 in the U.S. far exceeds those in Brazil (630,000), India (500,000), and Russia (330,000).
