[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Jinju City, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 4th that it is accepting applications from business owners to participate in the ‘2022 Small Business Small-scale Management Environment Improvement Project.’
This year, the project targets 100 locations, and the eligibility criteria require small business owners who have maintained operations for more than six months based on business registration within the jurisdiction.
Businesses that participated in the Small Business Small-scale Management Environment Improvement Project, Hope Dream Package, and other projects from 2018 to 2021 are excluded.
If selected as a beneficiary, support of up to 2 million KRW will be provided within 80% of the supply value per company in areas such as outdoor sign replacement, interior support, restroom improvement, and promotional support.
A city official said, “We believe that the difficulties faced by small business owners have intensified recently due to the spread of Omicron,” adding, “We hope this project will serve as a catalyst to alleviate management difficulties.”
