Hannam University, University Job Center Achieves 'Excellent' Performance Evaluation for 6 Consecutive Years
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Hannam University has received the highest rating (Excellent) for six consecutive years in the ‘University Job Center Performance Evaluation’.
According to the university on the 26th, the evaluation is conducted annually, hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and organized by the Korea Employment Information Service. Hannam University has been selected as an excellent university in the evaluation from 2016 through last year.
The University Job Center plays a role in jointly investing budgets by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, universities, and local governments to support the smooth transition of young people into the labor market.
Hannam University has maintained the University Job Center project for six years (5+1) by being selected as an excellent university more than three times in the evaluation.
In particular, during this period, Hannam University received ministerial commendations for contributions in the employment consultant category (2020) and the job creation category (2021), respectively.

Lee Jun-jae, Director of Employment and Startup at Hannam University (Head of the University Job Center), said, “With the University Job Center achieving excellent results for six consecutive years, we have been able to apply for the follow-up project this year, the University Job Plus Center project. Through this, we plan to expand the project target from mainly current students to young people within two years of graduation and local youth, and strengthen employment support through cooperation with related local institutions and companies.”
