Opened in 2004, the Woori Bank Banking History Museum exhibits various materials that showcase the historical footprints of the modern and contemporary banking industry, including the founding documents of Daehan Cheonil Bank, the predecessor of Woori Bank and the first national bank in Korea.
The revamped digital Banking History Museum website applies 'responsive web' technology that optimizes the screen layout according to devices such as PCs, tablets, and mobiles. It also adds the effect of viewing exhibition collections as if seeing them in person through 'VR exhibition' using virtual reality technology.
