SR Wins Grand Prize in Public Sector at Security Awards Korea 2021

View original imageSR, the operator of SRT, announced on the 30th that it was selected as the best institution in the public sector security field and received the grand prize at the 'Security Awards Korea 2021' held on the 29th.
'Security Awards Korea' recognizes and awards companies that have contributed to raising security awareness and developing the security industry over the year, as well as individuals who have created new value in the domestic security field.
SR, a public institution operating the high-speed train SRT, has maintained the highest level of information protection certification, the 'Information Security and Personal Information Protection Management System (ISMS-P)' certification, for three consecutive years since first obtaining it in 2019. It was also highly evaluated for being designated as an 'Excellent Institution for Information Security Investment Disclosure' for two consecutive years.
Additionally, this year, SR achieved the highest AAA rating in the information security readiness assessment and is the only domestic public institution to have acquired seven types of domestic and international information security certifications, securing an internationally standardized security system.
In November, SR co-hosted the 'Hack the Challenge 2021,' a website vulnerability discovery competition, and supported small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing information security consulting and information protection education, helping SMEs enhance their capabilities, reduce cost burdens, and establish a systematic security environment.
SR's efforts were recognized as meeting the public sector evaluation criteria including △corporate support △technical support △industry development △market pioneering △performance creation △complaint resolution.
