Mecenat refers to activities in which companies actively support culture and the arts to contribute to social responsibility and national competitiveness.
The exhibition is held in a relay format, with works by artist Woo Jeong-su displayed from today until the 21st of next month, and works by artist Park A-ram exhibited from February 3 to February 28 next year. These young artists were selected for the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art's "Young Exploration 2021" through research and recommendations by curators and consultations with external experts.
At the exhibition opening, KEXIM President Bang Moon-kyu said, "I am pleased to be able to support talented young artists who will lead the future."
