An Increase of 125.5 Billion KRW, 14.8% Over This Year's Original Budget

This accounts for 9.2% of Daegu City's total budget and is an increase of 125.5 billion KRW compared to 849.7 billion KRW in 2021.

Major new and expanded projects include ▲ strengthening the functions of Daegu Medical Center with 23.2 billion KRW, ▲ supporting public health care projects with 5.7 billion KRW, ▲ medical benefits projects with 692.2 billion KRW, ▲ COVID-19 response with 3.6 billion KRW, ▲ COVID-19 vaccination with 30.9 billion KRW, ▲ expanding infectious disease infrastructure with 7.7 billion KRW, ▲ customized integrated mental health promotion projects with 1.6 billion KRW, ▲ revitalizing the dining out industry with 620 million KRW, ▲ suicide prevention and bereaved family support with 2.25 billion KRW, ▲ establishing a health support system for the disabled with 1.13 billion KRW, ▲ fostering the beauty industry with 550 million KRW, and ▲ hygiene management for children's meals with 3.3 billion KRW.
