On this day, Maeil Dairies delivered about 8,000 liquid milk products and 1,300 cans of powdered milk to Kingsway Korea. These products will be distributed to infants and young children from underprivileged groups such as migrant worker families, multicultural families, and single-mother families in Korea.
Kingsway Korea is an organization that began operating in November 2020 under Onnuri Church. Supported by domestic pharmaceutical companies and other corporations, it provides free medical resources and relief supplies to poor patients in third-world countries who lack proper access to medical treatment, as well as to disadvantaged neighbors in our communities. To date, it has donated about 300 million KRW in funds and supplies, supporting medicines to countries such as Myanmar and Mongolia, and providing masks to marginalized neighbors through domestic institutions and local churches.
A Maeil Dairies representative stated, “We decided to donate supplies after hearing about the difficult situations faced by underprivileged families during the cold winter season,” adding, “We hope that warm support will continue to reach our neighbors in need.”

Meanwhile, Maeil Dairies continues its activities to foster social interest and a culture of care. Under the corporate philosophy that “Not a single child should be left out and all should grow up healthy,” it has been the only company in Korea manufacturing and supplying eight types of special powdered milk products (12 items) for children with congenital metabolic disorders for 22 years since 1999. Until January 23 of next year, it is conducting the “Heartmeal Campaign,” creating Heartmeal boxes as gifts for families with patients using all proceeds from the sale of Heartmeal goods.
