The signing ceremony was attended by Park Jin-young, Director of the Gwangju University Institute for Educational Innovation, Jeong Young-tae, Director of the Teaching and Learning Support Center at Mokpo National Science University, Oh Seon-ah, Director of the Teaching and Learning Support Center at Gwangju University, and Kim Kyung-hee, Director of the Remote Class Support Center at Mokpo National Science University.
