Gwangju Global Motors Conducts Open Recruitment for General and Technical Positions
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Gwangju Global Motors (GGM), the nation’s first win-win regional job company, is publicly recruiting experienced and new employees for general and technical positions.
According to Gwangju Global Motors on the 27th, to select technical staff due to increased production volume and general staff for quality stabilization, a total of 74 experienced and new employees will be hired through open competition in 15 fields including ▲win-win safety ▲management support ▲production ▲production quality.
This recruitment is the fifth (5th) open recruitment since 2021. General positions include manager (over 5 years of related experience), assistant manager (over 3 years of related experience), and staff (college graduate or higher), while technical positions are recruited as new employees by department and job. Special recruitment for veterans will also be conducted.
Applications will be accepted for 11 days from the 27th to January 6, 2022, through a specialized recruitment agency, and all applicants must complete the AI competency test by January 7 from the time of application submission.
The recruitment process includes AI competency test, document screening, health checkup, and interview, and the final successful candidates will be selected and announced. The final successful candidates are expected to join by the end of February.
In particular, this recruitment will be conducted as a blind recruitment based on the National Competency Standards (NCS), without including irrelevant information such as physical conditions, marital status, or assets. Transparency and fairness are ensured through outsourcing to a specialized recruitment agency and AI competency testing, applying objective recruitment procedures and evaluation criteria to provide fair opportunities to job seekers.
