In 2021, 111 candidates passed the Changwon City firefighter exam, and among those who received training at the Central Fire Academy last September, 40 were given priority appointments.
They completed a 15-week rookie training course at the Fire Academy, and after four weeks of practical training at each station, they are assigned to local 119 Safety Centers to carry out their duties.
Firefighter Park Seung-hyuk, who was appointed this time, expressed his ambition, saying, "As a firefighter, I will do my best to protect the safety of citizens with responsibility and a sense of mission."
