NH Nonghyup, Shinhan, and 3 Other Banks Awarded Excellence in 'Inclusive Finance'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] On the 27th, the Financial Supervisory Service announced that it awarded five financial institutions, including NH Nonghyup Bank and Shinhan Bank, which led the spread of inclusive finance this year, as well as 11 individuals for their outstanding work.
NH Nonghyup Bank and DGB Daegu Bank received excellence awards in the low-income financial support category for their contributions to revitalizing financial support for low-income and vulnerable groups, such as expanding the supply of Sae Hope Loans.
In the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) support category, Shinhan Bank and BNK Busan Bank received excellence awards for their contributions to SME loans, relational finance, and COVID-19 financial support. In the self-employed business consulting support category, KB Kookmin Bank and DGB Daegu Bank received excellence awards.
