[Seoul District Photo News] Donation of Over 70,000 Books to Jonginara Gangnam-gu Daycare Centers
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Mapo-gu (Mayor Yudonggyun) announced that the 'Winter Light Festival' has been operating since the 17th at Gyeongui Line Book Street (Exit 6 of Hongdae Entrance Station).
Running until February 20 next year, this festival lighting up the night of Gyeongui Line Book Street is themed "Reading books on the moon, welcoming a new world with our dreams," featuring light installations shaped like the moon, rabbits, and stars.
The operating hours are from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and visitors can also view the Media Book Wall at the entrance as well as the "Gyeongui Line Book Street: 5 Years of Records Exhibition."
Gangnam-gu (Mayor Jeong Sungkyun) held the 'Love Children's Book Donation and Appreciation Ceremony' on the 24th at the Gangnam-gu Office main building.
Jonginara donated over 70,000 books to local daycare centers to help children develop reading skills that enhance creativity.
