On the same day, after visiting the Orphan Rights Solidarity located in Guro-gu, Seoul, Candidate Yoon announced the pledge titled "A Society Where Every Child Is Precious."
Candidate Yoon said, "We will raise the issuance criteria for single-parent family support certificates from the current median income standard of 52% to 100%, and increase the child support payment criteria for single-parent children from the current 60% to 80% of the median income." Specifically, this includes ▲ creating jobs tailored to the characteristics of single-parent families and implementing flexible work systems ▲ parenting coaching by life coordinators ▲ providing educational programs according to the child's life cycle ▲ psychological counseling and guidance on support systems.
Candidate Yoon also pledged to enhance the effectiveness of child support payment enforcement. Through a press release on the day, he explained, "We will include photos in the identity disclosure and lower the debt threshold for requesting travel bans to 30 million KRW or less. We will shorten the opinion statement period during the disclosure review to 50 days and improve the child support enforcement management system to simplify the procedures from application reception to counseling and linking information inquiries with related agencies."
Furthermore, plans were set to additionally establish child protection specialized agencies and shelters for victimized children, and to significantly increase the number of public officials dedicated to child abuse cases. The existing various information systems related to at-risk youth will be newly expanded and reorganized into the 'e-Child and Youth Happiness Support System,' and separation measures prioritizing children's rights and the reorganization of separation facilities will be implemented.
Candidate Yoon promised to provide ample training program opportunities for children aging out of care and support employment specialized consulting. In particular, he plans to connect professional personnel before and after leaving facilities to build a social support system including grievance counseling and independent living support.

Regular surveys on 'solo care' youth will be conducted, care coordinators will be appointed to guide welfare systems, and during school periods, more than 8 hours of in-home services and community care services will be supported daily.
