[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] The Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Radio Promotion Association announced on the 24th that they are recruiting trainees and matching companies to participate in the '2022 Broadcasting Media Industry On-site Training' support project until January 21 next year.
This project provides a practical training course combining theory and practice in the industry field to prospective personnel dreaming of entering all areas of broadcasting media. It plans to support strengthening the work capabilities of prospective personnel, career development, and employment linkage.
The trainees targeted are prospective personnel such as university students and youth, with a total of 20 people being recruited. Selected applicants will be chosen through document screening and interviews. Trainees selected through matching with broadcasting media companies will receive practical training on-site in the industry for four months from March to June next year.
Participating companies can apply if they have education and hiring needs for customized talents across all fields, including broadcasting media content planning and distribution, production technology, post-production, new media (short-form, web content, etc.), lighting, and stage.
Song Jeong-su, Executive Vice President of the Korea Radio Promotion Association, stated, "Both trainees and companies have high satisfaction with the on-site industry training, and it is leading to results beyond expectations such as employment linkage."
