In particular, KB Kookmin Bank's self-developed WMTI type (Wealth Management Type Indicator) analyzes customers' investment styles and recommends optimal investment themes and portfolios.
Along with this, KB Kookmin Bank developed the WM Engine, an algorithm that combines KB Financial Group's proprietary artificial intelligence platform with expert know-how to recommend optimal products reflecting customer characteristics and market conditions. Through the WM Engine, the existing K-Bot Saem portfolio is diversified into customized, themed, goal-achievement, and Robo Saem portfolios, providing customers with over 1,000 personalized portfolios.
The introduction of the WM Asset Management Platform improves not only the services provided to customers but also the consultation environment for employees.
