The average winning bid for the 3rd pre-sale general supply, which received applications earlier this month, was 18.71 million KRW. This amount is 1.01 million KRW higher than the 2nd round.
Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 23rd that from the 1st to the 9th, a total of 68,302 people applied for the 3rd pre-sale of 4,167 households in four districts including Hanam Gyosan District, resulting in an average competition rate of 16 to 1.
The winning bid for the 'general supply' was recorded at an average of 18.71 million KRW. Although this is higher than the 17.7 million KRW during the 2nd pre-sale, it is 0.74 million KRW lower than the 19.45 million KRW in the 1st round.
The highest subscription savings payment for the 3rd pre-sale was 34.4 million KRW in Hanam Gyosan, 23.2 million KRW in Yangju Hoecheon, and 24.9 million KRW in Gwacheon Juam.
For the 'multi-child special supply,' the highest scoring winners by district were 85 points in Hanam Gyosan, 80 points in Yangju Hoecheon, and 90 points in Gwacheon Juam.
In the case of the 'newlywed special supply' priority allocation, the highest score was 13 points, and the remaining supply was decided by lottery in the 2nd priority of Yangju Hoecheon. Except for Yangju Hoecheon, all other districts were decided by lottery in the 1st priority.
For the 'elderly parent special supply,' the highest subscription savings payment by district was 24.8 million KRW in Hanam Gyosan, 10.7 million KRW in Yangju Hoecheon, and 22.2 million KRW in Gwacheon Juam.
