60s Sent to Prosecution for Swinging a Weapon, Refusing to Repay Fruit Debt
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] A man in his 60s who stabbed a woman’s face with a weapon, claiming she did not pay for fruit on credit, has been handed over to the prosecution.
According to the police on the 23rd, the Suseo Police Station in Seoul recently sent Mr. A, who is suspected of attempted murder and other charges, to the prosecution.
Mr. A is accused of stabbing the victim, Ms. B, four times in the face and the back of the head with a knife used for cutting vegetables around 4:30 p.m. on the 6th of this month in front of Suseo Station in Gangnam-gu, after an argument broke out when Ms. B did not repay about 26,000 won of credit and said, "Kill me."
