According to the police on the 22nd, the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul apprehended a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, who threatened a neighbor with a weapon around 9 p.m. on the 20th at a multi-family house in Gwangjin-gu after the neighbor complained about noise.
