Haman-gun Prevents Illegal Signs with Outdoor Advertising Pre-Approval System
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Trainee Reporter Lee Seryeong] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province, will implement a pre-approval system for outdoor advertisements starting January next year to prevent unintended illegal sign installations.
During various business licensing processes, applicants will first receive guidance from the outdoor advertising department regarding sign registration, approval procedures, and installation methods to prevent illegal sign installations due to lack of proper knowledge of related regulations.
For example, when visiting the General Civil Affairs Division to open a restaurant, applicants must first visit the Urban Architecture Division to receive guidance on signs before the permit or registration certificate is issued.
The target businesses include general restaurants, beauty salons, lodging businesses, entertainment bars, real estate agencies, daycare centers, gas stations, gas refilling stations, sports facilities, karaoke rooms, game and PC rooms, printing and publishing businesses, and others.
