SK Rent-a-Car Launches Pilot Program for Cost-Effective Used Car Long-Term Rentals
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] SK Rent-a-Car announced on the 21st that it has launched a product that complements its existing used car long-term rental product.
SK Rent-a-Car explained that it carefully selected vehicles used by its customers that meet the criteria of single drivers, accident-free cars, contract periods of less than 36 months, and cumulative mileage under 60,000 km, then directly inspected and serviced these vehicles to launch this product.
For all selected vehicles, basic consumables including engine oil were replaced with new parts, and interior cleaning was completed, transforming them into like-new cars.
SK Rent-a-Car also provides a free "visit inspection" service for customers every 10,000 km or annually. Additionally, through the comprehensive vehicle inspection service app "Smart Care," customers can easily check maintenance schedules at a glance and use related management services.
Convenience was also enhanced. Customers can complete a simple online non-face-to-face electronic contract within 3 minutes anytime and anywhere through SK Rent-a-Car Direct. Fast delivery to the doorstep is provided regardless of popular car models. Lastly, an additional 2% online discount is offered, allowing customers to access SK Rent-a-Car products at more affordable prices.
