Hyundai Engineering's residential officetel 'Hillstate Siheung Daeya Station' supplied in Eungye District, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, recorded an average subscription competition rate exceeding 700 to 1.
According to the industry on the 20th, Hillstate Siheung Daeya Station held subscriptions online from the 18th to the 19th, attracting a total of 106,876 applicants for 150 units, resulting in an average competition rate of 712.5 to 1.
The highest competition rate was 1,150.9 to 1 in the C-zone 2 group’s other areas. In addition, other groups showed consistently high competition rates, including 687.7 to 1 in C-zone 1 group other areas and 610.5 to 1 in A·B-zone 1 group other areas.
As a residential officetel, anyone aged 19 or older can apply regardless of homeownership or subscription savings account status, and resale is allowed, which is analyzed to have contributed to the subscription success.
A sales official stated, “As a station-area complex near Seohae Line Siheung Daeya Station with an excellent residential environment within Eungye District, combined with various specialized designs and brand premium offered by Hillstate, it has attracted early and significant interest. While it holds high product value, it is relatively free from regulations compared to apartments, so a successful outcome was expected.”
Hillstate Siheung Daeya Station will proceed with contracts from the 22nd to the 23rd. Contracts can be made by visiting the model house from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This complex consists of 2-3 room residential officetels with a ceiling height of 2.4m in all units, planned to reach 2.6m including tray ceilings. The exclusive 57㎡AT and 57㎡BT units also feature terrace spaces that can be used as hobby areas or home cafes.
