On the 17th, Kim Seong-hwan, the senior deputy floor leader, said at the COVID-19 Crisis Response Special Committee meeting held at the National Assembly in the morning, "We will consider establishing grounds for advance support using the Small Enterprise and Market Service Fund in the Act on the Protection and Support of Small Business Owners," according to floor spokesperson Shin Hyun-young, who conveyed this to reporters after the meeting.
Candidate Lee proposed an 'advance support and post-settlement' plan on the 14th, which involves providing support first to small business owners and self-employed individuals, and settling accounts later.
