It grants certification through evaluation to companies and public institutions that exemplary operate family-friendly systems such as support for childbirth and child-rearing, flexible working hours, and fostering a family-friendly workplace culture.
IL Science operates family-friendly systems tailored to the company's circumstances by collecting and reflecting employees' opinions through in-house meetings. It guarantees free use of annual leave and introduced 'Family Love Day,' encouraging flexible working hours and leaving work on time every Wednesday.
