KT Alpha Achieves Highest Score in 'Family-Friendly Certification'... "Exemplary Work-Life Balance Practice"

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] KT Alpha announced on the 17th that it achieved the highest score in the '2021 Family-Friendly Certification Validity Extension Companies' organized by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Certification System has been implemented by the government since 2008 for companies and institutions that meet family-friendly legal requirements such as support for childbirth and child-rearing, flexible work systems, and the creation of a family-friendly workplace culture.
KT Alpha first received the family-friendly certification in 2018, won the Minister's Award for Family-Friendly Excellent Company in 2019, and through this year's re-evaluation, the certification validity period was extended until 2023. It received high evaluations for a 100% employment retention rate after automatic parental leave and maternity leave for female employees, a 95.2% return rate after parental leave, and a 93.3% utilization rate of spouse childbirth leave of 10 days or more.
