Coca-Cola Raises Convenience Store Distribution Product Prices by Up to 6.6%
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Coca-Cola Beverage will increase the price of Coca-Cola distributed in convenience stores by up to 6.6% starting January 1 next year.
On the 16th, Coca-Cola announced that the price of Coca-Cola Original and Zero 250ml will be raised from 1,500 won to 1,600 won. The 500ml size will increase from 2,100 won to 2,200 won, and the 1.5l size will go up from 3,500 won to 3,800 won.

The company explained the price increase by stating, "In the global raw material market, prices have risen compared to the previous year’s average by 45% for PET, 44% for aluminum, and 38% for raw sugar."
