The Changemaker Awards Ceremony is an annual event that selects and encourages activists who have contributed to public interest and community development in the fields of economy, culture, environment, welfare, and education through social innovation activities. It was initiated to discover, support, and widely promote social innovation activists, thereby fostering public consensus and participation in social innovation and establishing a foundation for social innovation. To date, a total of 20 changemakers have been produced.
