According to the police on the 16th, the Jungbu Police Station in Seoul applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A, a man in his 20s suspected of detaining and sexually assaulting a minor.
Mr. A is accused of luring 13-year-old elementary school student Ms. C, whom he met through social networking services (SNS) along with his friend Mr. B, to an officetel in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the 14th, sexually assaulting her, and detaining her for nearly 11 hours. It was confirmed that Ms. C was reported missing in October and was found with Mr. A at the same officetel.
