Legoland Korea Resort Delivers Gifts to Two Children's Centers in Chuncheon

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Legoland Korea Resort announced on the 16th that it visited two children's centers in the Chuncheon area to deliver Christmas gifts in celebration of the year-end season.
The donation event held on the 14th at the Chuncheon Children's Center was attended by Lee Jeong-il, Executive Director of Legoland Korea Resort, and Yoon Han-sook, Director of the Chuncheon Children's Center. Legoland prepared Christmas gifts consisting of two types of Lego brick sets that children would enjoy and delivered them to the Chuncheon Children's Center and Eunhye Children's Center on the 14th and 15th.
Legoland also held surprise Christmas events at each center. To let the children fully enjoy the Christmas atmosphere, the two centers were decorated with Christmas trees and ornaments, and a quiz event about Legoland was held to raise anticipation for the park's opening next year. Legoland's 'Santa' mascot made a surprise appearance to deliver gifts and provided time for children to take photos together to create special Christmas memories.
Kim Young-pil, President of Legoland Korea Resort, said, "I am very pleased to see the children enjoying the Christmas gifts and events prepared by Legoland," adding, "Legoland plans to continue sincere social contribution activities considering coexistence with the local community."

Meanwhile, Legoland Korea Resort is being developed on Jungdo Island in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, and is scheduled to open on May 5th next year. It will feature a theme park with about 40 rides and attractions, as well as the Legoland Hotel.
