This on-site safety practical training for agricultural machinery was conducted for local farmers, offering courses in agricultural excavators, small agricultural machinery, and agricultural tractors, including theoretical education and on-site practical training.
The city has been continuously supporting multipurpose small agricultural machinery to reduce labor and improve productivity for elderly and female farmers. With the increase in the influx of returnees to farming and rural areas, the distribution and use of agricultural machinery have increased, leading to the annual organization and operation of separate agricultural machinery safety education courses.
Through the on-site safety education for agricultural machinery, farmers who are inexperienced in using agricultural machinery are taught proper usage methods and minor maintenance to prevent safety accidents in advance and significantly help improve farmers' work efficiency.
Kim Eun-joo, who attended this on-site safety practical training for agricultural machinery, said, "I was able to acquire practical skills by actually operating the agricultural machinery, and I am satisfied with the training because I think it will help prevent potential safety accidents in the future."
