Cheongam University Student Council Provides 90 Masks Per Student to All Enrolled Students for COVID-19 Prevention
[Suncheon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Cheongam University’s 49th “Chaeum” Student Council (Student Council President Lim Ha-young) announced on the 15th that it has distributed 90 KF-AD masks per person to all enrolled students (about 2,300) to prevent COVID-19.
This event was held to provide masks to enhance the satisfaction of students who were disappointed by not being able to hold proper events throughout the year due to the ongoing COVID-19 spread situation following last year, ensuring students’ safe daily lives.
Student Council President Lim Ha-young said, “Amid the continued spread due to the recent variant virus, although it is a small gesture, I hope it helps prevent infections among fellow students, and I ask everyone to maintain thorough personal hygiene and quarantine management.”
Kim Jae-kyung, president of the Department of Optometry student association, said, “During these difficult and challenging times due to COVID-19, the 49th Student Council has prepared a great gift. We will make sure the Student Council’s warm heart is well conveyed to the students of the Department of Optometry.”
