The Mamma Wins the 26th Distribution Awards 'Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award'

The Korea Distribution Awards is an event hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy to select outstanding companies and individuals who have contributed to the development of the domestic distribution industry.
The awards ceremony was held that morning at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It was attended by award presenters including Park Jin-gyu, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, as well as individual and group awardees. The entire process was broadcast live on YouTube. A total of 28 awards were given, including 4 government awards and 14 Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy commendations.
The award categories were divided into △win-win cooperation △job creation and regional economic contribution △globalization and export promotion △service innovation △technological innovation and ESG △large-scale stores (department stores, large marts, complex shopping malls, specialty stores) △small and medium-sized stores (convenience stores, supermarkets, franchises) △shopping districts (traditional markets) △online, mobile, and home shopping.
TheMamma was recognized as an excellent company in the win-win cooperation category and received the ministerial award. TheMamma operates neighborhood mart shopping apps 'MammaMeokja' and 'MaZa,' opening online sales channels for small and medium-sized marts that find it difficult to directly establish e-commerce routes.
