Jeon Seung-il, Gwangju Seo-gu Council Member, Receives 'Legislative Award' at Korea Character Education Promotion Awards
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Jeon Seung-il, a member of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Seo-gu Council, received the 2021 Korea Character Education Promotion Award in the Basic Councilor category, hosted by the Korea Character Education Promotion Institute, on the 14th.
He was highly evaluated for his active legislative activities focused on field communication with district residents, solving local issues, and improving the quality of life of the residents.
He was also recognized for his significant contribution to the spread of character education and the development of the local community through continuous efforts to enhance the educational rights of youth in the district.
Councilor Jeon said, “For the Republic of Korea to stand upright, the character of the youth, who will be the future leaders, must be strengthened,” adding, “I will continue to actively carry out vigorous legislative activities to support and develop healthy education.”
