Boseong Fire Station Conducts Joint Fire Inspection with Related Agencies at Traditional Market
[Boseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Jeonnam Boseong Fire Station (Chief Jo Je-chun) announced on the 13th that it conducted a joint fire inspection targeting traditional markets during the winter season.
This inspection targeted traditional markets where fires are likely to occur due to the use of heating appliances in winter, and was conducted on all eight traditional markets operating in Boseong.
Additionally, the joint inspection was carried out in cooperation with three organizations: Boseong County, Korea Electric Power Corporation, and Korea Gas Safety Corporation, under the supervision of Boseong Fire Station.
The main inspection items included ▲ maintaining normal function and management status of fire-fighting facilities ▲ securing emergency exits, performing safety management tasks, and educating related personnel ▲ compliance with relevant regulations in fields such as architecture, electricity, and gas ▲ and checking other fire vulnerability factors (such as indiscriminate storage of flammable items like clothing).
