It was a come-from-behind victory for Kevin Na and Jason Kokrak (both from the United States). On the 13th (Korean time) at the Tiburon Golf Club in Naples, Florida, USA (par 72, 7,382 yards), they combined for 12 under par on the final day of the two-man team event QBE Shootout (total prize money $3.6 million) to secure a one-stroke victory (33 under par, 183 strokes). The PGA Tour event features 12 teams of 24 players competing over 54 holes in three rounds, with a winner's prize of $895,000 (approximately 1.05 billion KRW).
Kevin Na and Kokrak racked up 13 birdies (1 bogey). On the first day, after both players hit their tee shots, both played their next shots from favorable positions; on the second day, they alternated shots starting from the second shot; and on the final day, each played their own ball with the best score counting?this varied format added an interesting dynamic. Kevin Na and Kokrak showed perfect chemistry with 13 under par in the first round and 8 under par in the second round. Billy Horschel and Sam Burns (both from the United States) added 11 under par on the day to finish second (32 under par, 184 strokes).
