Firefighters' Union - Multicultural Comprehensive Welfare Center Agreement Signing for Multicultural Family Happiness Support Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] The Korean Federation of Trade Unions Fire Safety Officials Labor Union (Chairman Hong Suntak) signed an agreement on the 9th with the Multicultural Comprehensive Welfare Center Corporation (Chairman Son Byungho) to support happiness projects for multicultural families.
The event, held in the conference room of the Multicultural Comprehensive Welfare Center, was attended by executives and staff from both organizations, including Hwang Seonwoo, Chairman of the Gyeonggi Fire Headquarters, and Park Seokho, Chairman of the Jeonnam Fire Headquarters.
Through this agreement, the Fire Safety Officials Labor Union and the Multicultural Comprehensive Welfare Center Corporation will jointly develop and operate social contribution programs for multicultural families and run support programs for multicultural families. Specific cooperation items include conflict prevention and counseling education programs for multicultural families, legal counseling services for multicultural families, support projects for disabled members of multicultural families, support projects for single-parent families, and educational projects for children.
Chairman Hong Suntak of the Fire Labor Union stated, “The happiness support project agreement for multicultural families signed today with the Multicultural Comprehensive Welfare Center Corporation is an important agreement for social contribution activities as the Fire Safety Officials Labor Union responsible for the safety of the people.
