As companies have adopted untact hiring processes due to COVID-19, non-face-to-face interviews have been strengthened.
The remote interview room was set up through the University Innovation Support Project to help students prepare for interviews in the untact era.
The established non-face-to-face interview room is equipped with soundproofing, a high-resolution webcam, lighting, and a high-sensitivity microphone, creating a space necessary for actual company interviews.
One student said, “It is very helpful because the lighting and communication facilities are well-equipped, and I receive consulting from employment experts at the University Job Center right up until the interview.”
Lee Kwang-ui, director of the university job center, said, “We plan to expand the development of career employment programs that respond to the changing employment environment.”
Dong-Eui University has also installed facilities for video lectures and non-face-to-face interviews in each college, including the College of Business and the College of Engineering.
The non-face-to-face interview rooms within the university serve as regional base institutions for the University Job Center.
