In the 'Jeollado Kimchi Making Experience,' students and faculty members together donated the kimchi they made through the experience to neighbors in need in connection with the Talent Donation Center, leading the spread of a warm sharing culture.
Lee Gye-yang, principal of Gwangju Pureun Dream Creative School, said, "Through the 'Jeollado Kimchi Making' experience, which fosters cooperation among friends and helps learn traditional and local foods, we were able to directly experience the excellence of fermented foods," adding, "It was a meaningful event that created a sharing space with neighbors in need."
Meanwhile, Gwangju Pureun Dream Creative School was operated as a vocational consignment education institution but was converted into an alternative education-centered consignment institution starting from September 2020.
