Rise Hotel Restaurant Char, Launches 'Holiday Special Course'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] CHARR, the restaurant of Rise Autograph Collection, announced on the 8th that it will introduce a 'Holiday Special Course' composed of new menus for Christmas and the year-end holidays.
This 'Holiday Course' consists of two types: the 'Christmas Special Course' and the 'Holiday Special Course.' It is prepared with new menus that have never been available at CHARR before, allowing guests to enjoy a special winter gourmet experience. When ordering for two or more people, one bottle of Dial Zero wine is also provided as a gift.
The 'Christmas Special Course' will be available for three days from the evening of the 24th to the 26th. It offers a generous selection including salmon and avocado bruschetta, Kimje tomato burrata salad, Namhae steamed mussels, Jirisan Korean beef ragu pasta, prime sirloin steak with king prawns, New York cheesecake, and Cheongdo quince granita. Ingredients with red hues such as tomato, ragu, and king prawns, which suit Christmas, add visual enjoyment.
The 'Holiday Special Course' runs from the evening of December 24th to January 4th of next year. It is available for both lunch and dinner, with the dinner course offered on the 24th and from the 27th to the 31st. The menu includes Sancheong strawberries and Jirisan ham, foie gras sandwich, soft Gongju chestnut velout?, Namhae mussel saffron risotto, prime sirloin steak, sweet marshmallow chocolate fondant, and Cheongdo quince granita.
