Chosun University LINC+ Project Group and YST Co., Ltd. Sign MOU for 'Immersive Content Development'

The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Chun-sung, head of the Chosun University Link+ Project Group, Lee Jin, head of the Link+ Administrative Support Team, Son Jang-wan, head of the Corporate Support Department, as well as YST Co., Ltd.’s CEO Jeon Young-saeng, Vice President Kwon Ki-jung, Director Han Sang-il, and General Manager Lee Seung-jik.
The detailed contents of the agreement include ▲ mutual cooperation in planning and developing immersive educational content based on the metaverse, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR) ▲ collaboration for various businesses in the immersive media market and exchange of research and related technical information for sustainable growth ▲ joint research and development and commercialization that can realize mutual benefits.
Through this, both organizations plan to closely cooperate to enhance educational value and achieve joint development based on future-oriented immersive content required by the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, utilizing technologies such as the metaverse, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR).
Kim Chun-sung, head of the project group, said, "In the rapidly changing era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the introduction of related technologies such as the metaverse and virtual reality is becoming essential in the education sector," adding, "Both organizations will cooperate to develop and provide educational content using the metaverse, VR, and AR, and work together to nurture future talents."
