[Asia Economy New York=Correspondent Baek Jong-min] The United States has decided to diplomatically boycott the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, which will be held in China next February.
White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said at a regular briefing on the 6th (local time), "We have decided not to contribute to the celebration of the Olympics," explaining that China's human rights issues are the background of the boycott.
