Using an AI algorithm-based robo-advisor, it comprehensively analyzes customer investment tendencies and the global economic situation to recommend suitable fund portfolios. It can be easily accessed via KakaoTalk without installing a separate application.
Hanwha Life customers only need to add the 'Hanwha Life Variable Insurance Fund Management' channel on KakaoTalk and complete KakaoPay authentication. They can manage all variable insurance fund tasks such as checking fund status, recommending and changing fund portfolios, and setting fund change cycles.
When selecting AI fund recommendation and change, funds are recommended according to the customer's investment risk profile. For customers nearing pension receipt age, a customized strategy is proposed, such as gradually increasing the proportion of stable assets based on the products and timing they have subscribed to.
Hanwha Life developed this service in collaboration with Fount, the number one robo-advisor company in Korea.
