Lotte Super Partners with SPC to Expand Quick Commerce Business... "Delivery Within 1 Hour"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Lotte Super announced on the 6th that it has formed a strategic partnership with SPC to launch a service that delivers its products and SPC brand cakes and ice cream within one hour.
This service allows customers to order fresh and processed foods, daily necessities from Lotte Super, and cakes and ice cream from SPC brands through the Happy Butler menu within SPC's Happy Order application (app). The ordered products are delivered within 15 minutes to one hour via a two-wheeled delivery service.
Lotte Super plans to pilot this service in the Gangnam area of Seoul. In the future, it plans to expand the service to the metropolitan area and enable customers to purchase SPC and Lotte Super products together through the Lotte Super Fresh app.
To commemorate the launch of this service, various benefits have been prepared. Until the 19th, customers who purchase more than 10,000 won through Happy Butler will receive free delivery and a 3,000 won discount, and a '100 Won Deal Event' will be held offering popular SPC brand products for 100 won.
