The CCM certification is a nationally recognized system that evaluates whether a company organizes all its management activities around consumers and continuously improves them. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission.
Under the corporate mission of being a ‘LOHAS company that loves people and nature together,’ Pulmuone Food & Culture has been realizing consumer-centered management with the goal of becoming a company that provides customers with enjoyable and happy cultural spaces. Based on this, since first receiving the CCM certification in 2012, the company has passed all biennial re-certification evaluations and has now achieved the CCM certification for six consecutive times. With this certification, it can maintain its status as a consumer-centered management company for two years from 2022 to 2023.
Pulmuone Food & Culture actively reflects the values of consumer-centered management by providing consumers with happy cultural spaces that offer proper food and the value of food culture. In this year’s CCM certification, the company received high evaluations for its efforts in ▲ understanding and spreading enterprise-wide CCM ▲ establishing the digital non-face-to-face customer communication channel ‘My Voice’ ▲ and creating and improving systematic VOC detailed standards to actively generate CCM achievements.
In particular, the CEO’s high interest and commitment to CCM, as well as the establishment and execution of an annual operation plan for company-wide CCM-centered strategy development, were highly praised.
