Establishment of Glass Ceramic Production Facility in Gangneung Science Industrial Complex... 30 New Jobs Created
[Asia Economy Reporter Youngchul Ra] HASS Co., Ltd. (Human Aid System Supplier), a manufacturer of ceramic prosthetic materials for artificial teeth, is completing its second factory in Gangneung Science Industrial Complex.
The second factory, which will hold its completion ceremony on the 3rd, is equipped with a glass ceramic production facility on a 5,396㎡ site with a building area of 2,542㎡, with an investment of 10 billion KRW, and is expected to create 30 new jobs.
Established in 2008, HASS Co., Ltd. achieved sales of 10 billion KRW as of the third quarter this year, with exports accounting for 85% of total sales.
With sales channels secured in over 90 countries overseas, sales continue to increase, and about 60 employees work at the first factory in the Science Industrial Complex.
Last year, the company received the Jang Young-sil Award for its nano lithium disilicate crystallized glass for artificial teeth (product name: Amber Mill), and was also selected as a 'WOW Product,' an innovative product chosen annually by the American Dental Technicians Association.
