The 1st Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture is Kim Hyun-hwan, Director of the Planning and Coordination Office; the 2nd Vice Minister is Oh Young-woo, 1st Vice Minister; the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs is Kim Jong-hoon, Director of the Planning and Coordination Office; the Commissioner of the National Fire Agency is Lee Heung-gyo, Director of the Busan Fire and Disaster Headquarters; the Administrator of the Rural Development Administration is Park Byung-hong, Deputy Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs; the Commissioner of the Korea Coast Guard is Jung Bong-hoon, Deputy Commissioner; the Chairperson of the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission is Yoo Guk-hee, Director of the National Science Museum; and the Secretary General of the National Unification Advisory Council is Kim Chang-soo, Unification Policy Secretary of the National Security Office.
Park Soo-hyun, Senior Secretary for Public Communication at the Blue House, said, "Vice Minister Kim Hyun-hwan is a cultural and artistic administrator who served as Director of the Content Policy Bureau at the Ministry of Culture, and we expect him to successfully realize the restoration of daily life for the people through culture."
Senior Secretary Park explained, "Secretary General Kim Chang-soo has a high understanding of inter-Korean relations and possesses a broad personal network, so the National Unification Advisory Council will contribute to creating a national consensus for the development of inter-Korean relations."
