Appraisers Association and PropTech Company Sign MOU for 'Real Estate Service Advancement'

The Korea Association of Property Appraisers, the Korea PropTech Forum, and PropTech companies have agreed to collaborate based on the collective intelligence of property appraisers and PropTech technology.
The Association announced on the 1st that it signed a "Mutual Business Agreement for the Development of the Real Estate Service Industry" with the PropTech Forum and PropTech companies at 11 a.m. on the 30th of last month at the Property Appraisers' Hall in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
PropTech is a term combining property and technology, referring to real estate services integrated with information technology. PropTech companies participating in the agreement included Gonggannui Gachi, Gonggam Lab (Housemuch), Drone Orange, Disco, Landvisor, Myeongmun Appraisal Corporation, ValueMap, ValueMore, ValueShopping, and BigValue.
The business agreement was established to promote mutual growth for the development of the property appraisal industry and the PropTech industry and to cooperate jointly. The signatories will work together on ▲ discovering joint tasks for the development of the real estate service industry ▲ cooperation for mutual and joint development ▲ preparing joint cooperation tasks between property appraisal and PropTech.
