Gyeonggi-do 'JiFood Show' Opens on the 30th... Introducing Local Excellent Products and Export Consultations
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'G Food Show' to introduce excellent local products.
Gyeonggi Province announced on the 29th that from the 30th of this month to the 3rd of next month, it will hold 'G Food Show 2021' online to showcase excellent local products and local foods.
Hosted by Gyeonggi Province and organized by KINTEX, this event will be held under the theme "G Food, Healthy and Safe Green Food," with participation from farmers and fishermen in Gyeonggi Province, agricultural food industry workers, consumers, and buyers.
This year's event will feature various programs including an online exhibition hall, webinar conferences (online video seminars), video consultations, live commerce, online promotional exhibitions, and agricultural food contests.
A total of 146 companies will participate, including 58 agricultural food companies from the province. The online exhibition hall will serve as the main channel of the event, where visitors can also experience major programs and side events.
This year, 21 overseas buyers from 11 countries will participate. Additionally, a 'Domestic MD Distribution Video Consultation' will be held, providing one-on-one purchasing consultation opportunities with MDs from online and offline distribution channels.
Various and abundant programs for consumers to enjoy will also be prepared.
A 'Webinar Conference' reflecting consumer trends due to the rapid rise of the online market and related industries, and exploring marketing strategies for G FOOD (Gyeonggi Province Excellent Food) will be held.
Cooking researcher 'Hong Shin-ae' and comedian 'Kang Jae-jun' will participate in an 'Online Cooking & Talk Show' presenting dishes using Gyeonggi Province's rice and various specialties.
In addition, the 'Online Conference Show' will feature experts from various sectors of the food distribution industry who will provide useful information and various marketing solutions for food industry workers, forecasting future food trends.
