[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Isul] Artist Company announced that it is undergoing M&A with Com2uS and Wysiwyg Studios.
On the 26th, Artist Company stated, "Artist Company and Artist Studio, founded by actors Lee Jung-jae and Jung Woo-sung, have agreed to complete M&A with Com2uS (CEOs Song Jae-jun and Lee Joo-hwan) and Wysiwyg Studios (CEOs Park Kwan-woo and Park In-kyu) within this year and are currently engaged in detailed discussions."
