The ‘Jeju Beer Barrel Series: Blue Bottle Coffee Edition’ is a premium beer aged for over six months in oak barrels that previously matured bourbon, with imperial stout, and blended with Blue Bottle Coffee’s signature blend.
The secret to this sell-out is the liquor smart order system ‘Wine25Plus.’ It is the convenience store industry’s first online liquor order and payment system, allowing customers to purchase desired liquors at GS25 stores nationwide through online orders.
The customer purchase ratio by age group was 41.2% in their 30s, 35.1% in their 20s, and 22.5% in their 40s. GS25 plans to release an additional batch of the ‘Jeju Beer Barrel Series: Blue Bottle Coffee Edition’ next month due to the ultra-fast sell-out.
